The SOAR Eagles Character Framework is Everest Academy’s schoolwide character education initiative designed to cultivate students of strong Islamic character through the pillars of Safety, Organization, Accountability, and Respect (SOAR). Utilizing a color-coded framework, each pillar serves as a foundation for character development and provides students with a consistent visual connection to the values being taught throughout the year.<\/p>

Through monthly character themes, students are provided opportunities to learn, practice, and demonstrate positive character traits that contribute to their personal growth, academic success, relationships, and overall well-being. At the beginning of each month, students will participate in a counselor-led SOAR Assembly where the monthly character theme is introduced and connected to the SOAR pillar, Allah’s Name, and Sunnah.<\/p>
